I purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub from Kirk and wanted to write a review about all the great things Kirk and the Pool & Spa Center has done. First, the financing was a breeze if you need that. I have no problem with the payments and 0% interest for 1 year. Second, delivery was smooth. We picked a day within a week of purchasing it and by the time I got home on lunch it was starting to heat up. I even sat in it that same night. Lastly, the hot tub itself is ultra fantastic. I sit in it as much as I have time to. Nearly every night.

One thing that happened was the control panel lost power or the screen burned out. It was impossible to know the temperature or navigate to the jets/lights/etc. I called Kirk (the best Hot Tub guy ever) and he had it fixed in no time. Do yourself a favor if you are in the market. Buy new and buy at Pool & Spa Center (I would recommend Kirk Jenkins).
